What is Laser Liposuction?
Performed under a local in our office (no anesthesia or intravenous sedation), a laser fiber is used to liquefy and destroy fat cells. The laser energy seals small blood vessels resulting in less bruising and swelling than seen with traditional liposuction. Another advantage of laser liposuction is skin tightening that occurs due to collagen remodeling in the treated area.
