How does Cellulaze work?

A tiny incision is made in the treatment area – one so small that it is covered with a band aide. A very small tube that contains the laser fiber is inserted under the skin. Due to the small size of the incision and tube, Cellulaze is considered a minimally invasive procedure and is performed under local anesthesia. Because general anesthesia is not used, the procedure is very safe with minimal side effects. Short-pulsed, high-energy laser beams are utilized beneath the skin to transmit energy in two directions to simultaneously smooth out lumpy fat cells and heat dermal tissue. The method promotes skin thickening and tightening resulting in tighter, smoother skin.
